Our private personal training is perfect for
children age 12
* to 17 who need to lose weight
for medical reasons, have other health concerns,
or just want to work one-on-one to accomplish
their goals with fewer distractions.
 

The sessions are 45-minutes in length and are
conducted in one of our private training suites
with a certified FT personal trainer.

We require that a parent/legal guardian attend
the first appointment - the Complimentary Fitness
Consultation.  During this consultation, the child's
parent/legal guardian will be asked to sign a
waiver allowing us to work with their child.  We will
discuss the child's goals and any health history
that may affect his or her exercise routine, and
then we will take him or her through some
exercises.  

You will not be required to attend each
scheduled Personal Training Session, but are
invited to wait in the studio if you prefer.

*Exceptions may be made for children younger than
twelve years of age who are mature and have a strong
desire to work with a trainer

Standard packages for teens range
from 24 to 50 sessions.
  • 18 One-on-One Strength Conditioning
    Sessions*: Focus is on safely increasing the
    strength of all major muscle groups as well
    as specific muscle groups that are closely
    associated with your child’s sport(s).  
    Cardiovascular conditioning sessions will
    round out this workout plan.

  • Over the course of the 6 week program, your
    child will receive age appropriate coaching in
    areas such as basic nutrition principles,
    general sports injury prevention techniques,
    the importance of rest, and the potential
    negative effects of drugs on performance.

  • Each participant receives a Polar Heart Rate
    monitor as well as instruction on how to use
    the monitor to safely maximize
    cardiovascular conditioning.

  • Each participant receives 6 weeks of access
    to our Online Meal Planning Tool powered
    by Vitabot.
Sessions must be conducted within the hours of
9:00am and 5pm, Monday through Saturday.  

*All sessions must be completed within the 6-week
interval unless an exception is approved in writing.  

*Participants must be a minimum of 14 years of age
and a maximum of 18 years of age at the time the
6-week session begins.
